Healthy Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies

Today we’re going to teach you how to make the community’s favorite cookies. And hopefully they become your favorite cookies too! The recipe can be made with an electric mixer or a hand blender. But don’t worry if you don’t have one or the other. It can be done without them.

Then I’ll show you how to make them by hand

In an extended mold and with a napkin we will place a little butter and start greasing the mold.

These are the ingredients we’re going to use for cookies:

  • Flour
  • Oats
  • Raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar – Sugar
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Milk

Now mix all the dry ingredients and add flour, raisins, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. I recommend adding two tablespoons of cinnamon, but if you like the taste of cinnamon very much, you can add up to 3 tablespoons.
Once we have mixed all the dry ingredients in a bowl, let’s mix the butter, eggs and sugar.

Butter is needed at medium temperature, split into smaller cubes to help it reach this temperature faster. In addition, when it comes to mixing it will be easier, as it is in smaller pieces.

We start with the butter and sugar, add the eggs and since we have the two mixes ready we will mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones.

If while mixing we can see that the mixture is getting a little dry, there’s nothing to worry about and no more liquid to add.

You’ll see how delicious it is! Once we have the mixture left, we will mold the cookies. I’m going to mold them with a spoon to take out ice cream, but if they don’t have one of these, they can use a normal spoon or they can use their hands. Take the desired amount, make a small ball and put it in the pan. Now we are going to take them to the oven for a total of 25 minutes depending on the size of the tray they use, two trays will come out.

After 25 minutes our delicious raisin oatmeal biscuits are ready!

As you can see it’s a recipe is super easy to make with natural, nutritious and above all delicious ingredients. If you liked the recipe, don’t hesitate to share it with your friends and family, until next time!
